Refund policy

At Inkredibly Punny, every item is custom made to order specifically for you. Because of this, return and exchange eligibility is limited.

We are generally unable to provide refunds or accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order changes for reasons such as:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • selecting the wrong color
  • entering an incorrect shipping address
  • change of mind after purchase

Orders are automatically sent into production shortly after checkout, so once production begins, changes cannot be approved. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order, including size, color, and shipping information.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos and a description of the issue.

After review, eligible issues will be resolved with either:

  • a replacement item, or
  • a refund to your original payment method, when appropriate

Wrong Item Received:
If you receive the wrong item, size, or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement item immediately and correct the issue.

Delays & Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment. If your package appears stuck or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll do our best to help you open a carrier investigation. If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with family and neighbors first. If you are unable to locate it, please contact your local post office or file a report with your police department, as we cannot replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
