Shipping policy

Processing Time:  All orders are custom printed just for you. Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Delivery Time:  Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Total delivery time from order date to receipt is approximately 5-11 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $150: $10.00 flat rate
  • Orders $150 and over: Free shipping

Tracking:  Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Domestic Shipping Only:  We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Delays & Lost Packages:  We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment. If your package appears stuck or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll do our best to help you open a carrier investigation. If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with family and neighbors first. If you are unable to locate it, please contact your local post office or file a report with your police department, as we cannot replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items:  Damaged items are rare, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and a description of the damage at info@inkrediblypunny.com within 7 days of the delivered date and upon review, we will replace the item, or refund back to your original payment method (when appropriate).
