Lay your favorite shirt on a flat surface and measure from the left armpit to the right armpit directly across the chest. Our graphic design studio is located in Buffalo, NY and designs are printed by trusted partners across the US, ensuring your order is prepared quickly and efficiently. Orders are printed within 1–6 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Total estimated delivery time: about 3–11 business days from order to doorstep.

During holidays and high-volume seasons, printing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays. If you’re ordering for a special event, gift, or specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order early to ensure it arrives in time.

Because each item is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Orders enter the print que immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled. No. Designs are professionally printed directly into the fabric of the shirt using eco-friendly, non-toxic, water-based inks and premium DTG-technology to insure a softer-feel and beautiful colors. We do not use cheap vinyl or iron-on transfers. Our DTG printing method insures our prints are durable and will not peel or crack off. With proper care, your shirt will keep its color and clarity for years.

Some of our shirts are sold just as you see them listed and cannot be customized. For certain designs, you will see the option to add personalization, and you can personalize small details, like adding a bachelorette’s name, a family reunion year, or other fun text. Some freshly printed shirts may arrive with a slight vinegar-like scent or a faint white, chalky mark. This is completely normal and comes from the eco-friendly, water-based pre-treatment solution used during printing to adhere the ink to the shirt.

Both the scent and any visible residue will wash out after the first wash, leaving your shirt clean, soft, and ready to wear.

There is nothing wrong with your shirt! It’s just a sign your shirt was freshly printed for you.
