Orders are made within 1–6 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, and you'll receive tracking as soon as it's on the way. Total estimated delivery time: about 3–11 business days from order to doorstep.

During holidays and high-volume seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays. If you're ordering for a special event, gift, or specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order early to ensure it arrives in time.

Because each item is made just for you, we're unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Orders enter the production que immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled.
