All of our items are made-to-order custom apparel, so we do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or wrong addresses. All sales are final.

This policy ensures we can continue producing high-quality, custom apparel while keeping costs fair for everyone. We ask that you carefully review your order details (including sizes, colors, and shipping address) before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right!

General

Because our items are printed to order and automatically enter production immediately after purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Orders sync directly into our production system and are charged and queued for printing right away. Once this process begins, it cannot be stopped or reversed.

We ask that you review your order details carefully, including size, color, and shipping address, before completing your purchase. Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting made-to-order, small-business apparel.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
