Our graphic design studio is located in Buffalo, NY and we utilize trusted print partners throughout the US to get you your items quickly and efficiently. All of our apparel is printed upon order to ensure the highest quality and to reduce waste.
Production time: Orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–6 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, production times may be slightly longer due to increased demand. Total estimated time from printing to doorstep: 4-11 business days.
Yes! All orders include tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
No, sorry. At the moment we do not offer worldwide shipping. We look forward to expanding our reach in the future, so stay tuned for future shipping updates.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll gladly assist you in opening a carrier investigation.
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and major sales events), production and shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing your order early to ensure the best chance of on-time delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific holiday dates as carrier networks often become congested.
We ship orders to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order!
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us or lost in transit, the buyer is responsible for any re-ordering & re-shipment costs. We are unable to replace orders that were lost due to incorrect address information.
